How do I enroll in your monthly membership? 

For $19.00 a month, you can subscribe to our monthly membership by heading HERE. You will gain access to 300+ courses and videos with new content added monthly! Cancel anytime! 

How do I update my billing or re-activate my subscription? 

You can come back to Unraveled at anytime! If you canceled your subscription previously, you can still use the same login when you decide to re-enroll. Login to your old account. Then, in the top right menu, navigate to My Account -> ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. Here you will be able to see if your subscription is still active in the "Subscription & installment plans" section. If it is not listed, you will have to re-enroll on our Membership page.

If the membership is listed, you can go to "Billing Info" and hit "Edit" to update your payment information.   

Note: If you need to update your billing but do not see your membership listed in your "Payments & installment plans" then you will need to re-enroll as your membership was automatically cancelled. 

How do I cancel my membership?  

You can cancel your membership at anytime. Login to your account. In the top right menu, navigate to My Account -> ACCOUNT DASHBOARD  -> then scroll down to "Subscriptions and installment plans, click the three dots on the right and hit "Cancel plan." 

How do I access my old account? 

You can come back to Unraveled at anytime! If you canceled your subscription previously, you can still use the same login when you decide to re-enroll. Login to your old account. Then, go to our Membership page to re-enroll in either our Monthly or Annual program. 

How do I access my workshop materials? 

If you have registered for a workshop, please take note of the start and end dates. When the workshop begins, you will be able to access materials by logging in to your account and navigating to Workshops in the top menu. You can search for your workshop on that page. If you purchased a Workshop that has been completed, navigate to My Account -> My Workshops to find it. 

What's included in my monthly membership? 

Here at Unraveled Academy, we cater to all artists at all stages of their photographic journey. We offer a wide variety of technical and creative courses as well as lessons on nurturing the creative spirit in us all. With your membership, you gain access to all the lessons and courses listed HERE.  We also release new content every month. 

How can I access my invoices for tax purposes? 

You can access all of your invoices by logging into your account, then in the upper right hand corner of the menu bar click on "My Account" -> ACCOUNT DASHBOARD"-> Payment History -> Click on the three dots to the right.
