Amy is the creative force behind Iris & Willow Photography. She lives in a small country town in Iowa with her husband and 3 kids. She is a registered nurse by trade with an emphasis in Labor & Delivery and Women’s Health but always knew she had a creative eye for photography so she put everything on the line and began her journey as a professional photographer in 2016. It didn’t take her long to establish a successful, well-known business which she runs out of her brand new 1500 square foot studio. She has photographed over 600 newborns across the state of Iowa and has also been hired by families to travel to other states such as Minnesota, Florida, California and Colorado.

Amy specializes in posed newborn photography but also shoots maternity and family as well. She has won many awards for her newborn images and has been published in several magazines and blogs. She is passionate about educating and offers mentoring and workshops both in person and online.
