Her forever lens is a 35mm f/1.4, and her forever chaos is raising a teenager and an eight-year-old under one roof—each with wildly different moods and snack demands.
After 15 years in the desert heat of Phoenix, Melissa and her husband, Ola, moved their family back to her tiny hometown in Wisconsin. They came for slower days and snow-covered winters, but still chase every adventure they can find—as long as it comes with a cheap flight and a little bit of luck.
